Presidential Task Force: Government offices to open May 4

The list of sectors to open from May 4 has been announced by the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 included Federal Government establishments. 

PTF disclosed that it would engage state governments to ensure they were on the same guideline with the federal government on opening of offices.

The PTF National Coordinator, Aliyu Sani, stated this in Abuja during briefing on the COVID-19 pandemic update  Wednesday. 

The resumption is based on specific grade levels, and these are as follows:
Government offices, staff will be allowed to resume from May 4, based on specific grade levels and specific days to reduce amount of congestion in our government offices and state governments to adopt common approach to this.

Banks, construction companies, manufacturing and others could commence operation from May 4.

According  to PTF temperature test, respiratory hygiene and restriction of gathering of 20 persons maximum would be introduced said  Aliyu.
